TCFC has been reporting for two years that victims of crime, especially businesses have not been reporting shoplifting and criminal property damage for some time because they know a TPD officer will not come. Drug addicts and serial thieves know under Laura Conover, our current County Attorney, won't charge them so they continue to steal to support their drug habit. Drug dealers also know that if they have 10 fentanyl pills or less they won't be charged by Laura Conover. TCFC has worked with Pima County to create a Transition Center for those that need services after being arrested to help them get their lives together.

It may be possible that murders are down, but the crimes that we experience everyday that affect our lives and personal safety, are not. The problem is Mayor and Council approve of TPD not including 911 calls of crime that TPD does not respond, because if an officer does not confirm the crime then there is no crime. It's a circular argument because Mayor and Council are defunding TPD in favor of pet projects like the FREE CRIME BUS, there is no one to respond to crime so it does not make it into the statistics. Our sources within TPD tell TCFC that online reports of a crime are not included in the statistics they publish because the crime was not confirmed.

TCFC is not making this stuff up! DRUG ABUSE AND PROPERTY CRIME ARE COMING TO YOUR DOORSTEP! It's definitely raising prices.
Two years ago when we started to raise the attention level on the Fentanyl Crisis and Property CRIME the News Media was not reporting. Now they are! Not only that, TCFC reported pedestrian deaths at alarming levels and shouting that is is people on Fentanyl walking into traffic creating two victims: The driver and the drug addict.

Nothing will happen to these people. Nothing. They will do nothing to this scum of the earth. I have no idea what this place is coming to but between the open drug use, the prostitution, threatening behavior, and now animal murder this needs to stop before people start going rogue and protecting what is left our businesses and town. I have had my mom (from 85712 neighborhood) come to meetings when I can’t, but nothing is happening. It is getting worse.
So sick and tired.
Stone and Laguna where a homeless man threatened to kill me and my dog while we were walking. With a machete and another time with a pool cue he had in his hands? Police don’t care unless I can keep the person with me until they get there. Umm, ya, no thanks….will go the other way as quickly as possible.
How about the dog that the homeless POS (male with bumpy arms, and apparently is Spanish or understands Spanish because a bigger woman was yelling at him in Spanish about the dog he killed)that ‘murdered’ the beautiful black and white dog in a dog crate and left in the hot sun at 3115 N 1st Ave side of the building where all the trash and crap reside. One homeless covered the crate with a blanket because children and women were seeing this. It was absolutely horrifying and would have rather it been one of the zombies than a helpless animal. Took me 9 VERY PASSIONATE phone calls and several hours (from 8 am until after 1230pm) before someone actually came out to remove the body and crate. I found out more by just talking to some of the homeless I am familiar within 5 minutes than the ‘investigators’ did in an hour. They concluded nothing and I went through 7 different investigators that basically asked me the same set of questions 7 times…instead of going to the people that ACTUALLY saw and KNOW what happened.
Look up Tucson Crime Index. It’s one of the highest in the country. We can thank the present Mayor / council and BoS for that. Vote wisely, your Quality of Life depends on it.
